Working in partnership with dedicated landlords who provide more than just a shelter for every individual in our projects but real tenancies, we are dedicated to providing a Compassionately Caring and Safe Environment for the people we care for.
Our projects provide a 24 hour independent supported living space for our adults with learning disabilities who live together in shared accommodation. We have a dedicated team of staff to provide individual person-centred care/support.
Every individual has their own bedroom which they can personalise to their taste and style. In our shared homes all services users share well equipped communal facilities such as the living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bath rooms, toilets and gardens.
However in some of our projects, we recognise that some individuals prefer having their own space and facilities in which case they have the option of ensuite apartments.
We provide a framework within which individuals can take risks with full explanation of consequences, allowing individuals with capacity to take risk but bearing in mind the seriousness of their informed decisions. Each individual will be integrated into our Supportive Living Framework with a named Key –Worker who they would have been supported to recruit. A Key Worker who can communicate with the individuals and appreciates their racial and cultural heritage will be allocated with their involvement
